I agree that by purchasing ticket(s) for Paparazzi’s Empower Me Pink tour that such registration is subject to the following terms and conditions outlined herein. There is no guarantee of services that are implied or assumed in such purchase (implied or explicit).

 

I acknowledge that the event will take place on the date specified on the ticket that has been purchased. Venue information for each city can be found under the “Venues & Dates” tab on the event website, www.empowermepink.com. I understand that I am responsible for providing my own lodging, transportation, and food for the duration of the event. Any agreement made with a third party for lodging is my (the purchaser’s) responsibility to uphold, and Paparazzi is not liable to mitigate such agreements. I acknowledge that all arrangements and costs including but not limited to food, lodging, travel, etc. are solely my responsibility. 

 

Paparazzi reserves the right to change, amend, or alter the agenda, topics, meeting, and activities that take place at the event at any time.

 

Ticket Cancelation and Transfers

All requests for cancelation of Empower Me Pink tickets must be received via email at events@paparazziaccessories.com and must be submitted by the original ticket holder. Cancelation requests received prior to the registration deadline of January 3, 2025, will be eligible for a refund on the original form of payment for 50% of the ticket’s original purchase price. No cancelation requests will be accepted after January 3, 2025, and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of a registrant’s attendance status. All cancelation requests must be submitted by the original ticket holder to events@paparazzaccessories.com. Tickets are non transferable and cannot be transferred to another Consultant or guest. 

 

Registration Materials and Other Promotional Items

Promotional items provided to those in attendance will not be made available to those who do not attend the event. This includes but is not limited to registration materials and products for sale at the event. Registration materials will only be available for pickup onsite by those in attendance. Registration materials cannot be picked up for other attendees. Attendees must be present to claim registration materials or to take advantage of any event promotions. 

 

Paparazzi nor their vendors are responsible for any damage (bodily, to property, or otherwise) that may result from attending this event. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that will be deemed professional and respectful both to me and all other participants at this event. If for any reason I conduct myself unbecoming of a Paparazzi Consultant or am in any way in violation of my Consultant agreement (including the Paparazzi Policies and Procedures) I may be asked to leave the event. I will also be subject to any code of conduct required of the premises. I will listen and follow the directions of any Paparazzi employee or official representative of the venue. 

 

The above portion of this agreement extends to all attendees that may be included in this registration.

 

Paparazzi Code of Conduct

Paparazzi Consultants and their guests are expected to present themselves in a manner that is representative of the clean and uplifting culture of Paparazzi. This includes, but is not limited to, language, dress, and conduct. Paparazzi reserves the right to exclude any Consultant from any event for violation of this code.

 

If a Consultant is asked to leave an event as a result of their behavior, they will be subject to disciplinary action which may include account termination.

 

I authorize Paparazzi to withdraw payment for my event registration order(s) from the credit card provided on paparazziaccessories.com. Paparazzi is authorized to withdraw payment equal only to the amount of the products plus applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling of the orders I have selected. I agree to pay a $30 service fee in the event a charge is returned for any reason. I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal deposited into my account as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Paparazzi. I shall hold Paparazzi harmless from all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account. Paparazzi reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any time by posting the amended details on this page.
