FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How much are the tickets for the Empower Me Pink tour?

A: Tickets are $35. All attendees (aside from lap children) must have a ticket for admission. 

Q: Can I bring guests who are not Paparazzi Consultants?

A: Absolutely! In fact, it’s encouraged! The Empower Me Pink tour is the perfect place for individuals to learn more about the Paparazzi mission, culture, and business opportunity. All guests must have a ticket. 

 

Q: Are non-Consultant guests required to register?

A: Yes. Each attendee must register and pay the $35 registration fee. When registering a non-Consultant guest, please enter your Consultant ID where required. All attendees (aside from lap children) must have a ticket for admission. Please bring your photo ID to check in.

 

Q: Can I register onsite at the event?

A: Onsite registration will be available on a first come, first served basis. Onsite tickets are not guaranteed as each venue may sell out. No cash will be accepted, so please plan accordingly. Consultants who register onsite will NOT receive any registration materials.

 

Q: Are there any discounts available for Empower Me Pink tickets?

A: There are no discounts available.

 

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation requests received prior to the registration deadline of January 3, 2025, will be eligible for a refund on the original form of payment for 50% of the ticket’s original purchase price. No cancelation requests will be accepted after January 3, 2025, and no refunds will be given after that date regardless of a registrant’s attendance status. All cancellation requests must be submitted by the original ticket holder to events@paparazziaccessories.com. When emailing the Events Team, please include your name and Consultant ID number.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket?

A: Tickets for Empower Me Pink are nontransferable.

 

Q: What is included with my ticket?

A: Your ticket includes admittance to the 2025 Empower Me Pink tour stop in the city you registered for. Please bring your photo ID to check in to the event.

 

Q: Will I receive registration materials?

A: Yes, pre-registered attendees will receive registration materials.. You must be present and checked into the event to receive your registration materials. Please bring your photo ID to check in. Consultants who register onsite are NOT guaranteed any registration materials.

 

Q: Can I transfer my ticket to another Consultant?

A: Tickets are nontransferable and cannot be transferred to another Consultant or guest. 

 

Q: Can I change my ticket to another location?

A: Please contact our Events Team at events@paparazziaccessories.com to find out what options may be available to you. Please note that cancellation fees may apply. When emailing the Events Team, please include your name and Consultant ID number. 

 

Q: Can I attend multiple Empower Me Pink stops?

A: Yes! You’re welcome to attend multiple events. You will need to register and purchase a ticket for each location you would like to attend. 

 

Q: I registered but can no longer attend. Can I have someone pick up my registration materials for me?

A: Registration materials are available only to those in attendance. 

 

Q: Are there any hotel discounts available?

A: Paparazzi has not reserved any room blocks at hotels in the tour destination cities. Attendees are responsible for obtaining their own lodging if needed. 

 

Q: How long will the training sessions be?

A: Each stop on the Empower Me Pink tour will be approximately three hours.

 

Q: What time do doors open?

A: Doors to check into the event will open approximately two hours prior to the event start time. Doors to get into the presentation area will open approximately one hour prior to the event start time. 

 

Q: What is the dress code?

A: The dress code for all venues will be considered “dressy casual,” meaning, please dress comfortably yet professionally. 

 

Q: Will there be anything available to purchase during the event?

A: We don't want to ruin any surprises!

 

Q: Can I purchase food at the event? Or can I bring my own food into the event?

A: Food will not be provided during the event. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside any of the venues. 

 

Q: Why aren’t you coming to my city?

A: We wish we could see all of you during the tour! Cities were selected based on the number of Consultants located in the surrounding areas and the amount of growth the area has experienced during the last 12 months. 

 

Q: Can I record the presentations?

A: Recording of the presentations whether by sound, video, or any other means, is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, broadcasting live on social media, video recording on your personal device, or voice recording any part of the presentation. 

 

Q: Can I bring my children?

A: The Empower Me Pink tour consists of presentations and training sessions held in a conference room type setting. Although children are not prohibited, a quiet, professional atmosphere is expected. If your child will be attending with you, we request that you remain mindful of others and step out of the meeting if the need arises. As a reminder, all attendees, with the exception of lap children, are required to have a paid ticket.
